Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of social media staff
  • Provide training and guidance to ensure the team remains up-to-date with the latest social media trends and best practices.
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy tailored to the Thai market to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
  • Identify key trends, audience behaviors, and opportunities to inform social media planning and content creation.
  • Lead the creation, curation, and scheduling of high-quality, culturally relevant content across social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LINE, and others.
  • Collaborate with the content and creative teams to produce visually appealing and engaging multimedia content that aligns with brand guidelines.
  • Oversee community engagement efforts, ensuring timely and professional responses to comments, messages, and inquiries.
  • Foster relationships with influencers, brand advocates, and key stakeholders in the Thai market to enhance brand loyalty and reach.
  • Plan and execute social media campaigns to promote products, services, and brand initiatives, ensuring alignment with overall marketing goals.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance, making data-driven adjustments to optimize results.
  • Track and analyze social media metrics to assess the effectiveness of strategies and campaigns.
  • Prepare regular reports on social media performance, including growth, engagement, and key insights specific to the Thai audience.
  • Ensure consistency in brand messaging and voice across all social media channels.
  • Monitor social media platforms for any potential issues or crises, and manage them effectively to protect the brand’s reputation.
  • Work closely with the marketing, content, and customer service teams to ensure a cohesive approach to social media and overall brand strategy.
  • Collaborate with regional and global teams to share insights and leverage resources.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in social media management, with at least 3 years in Social media Leader role, a focus on the Thai market.
  • Proven track record of leading successful social media campaigns and managing teams.
  • Deep understanding of Thai culture, social media landscape, and digital trends.
  • Strong creative and strategic thinking abilities, with the capacity to develop engaging content and campaigns.
  • Proficiency in using social media management and analytics tools.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Passionate about social media and staying ahead of industry trends.
  • Results-driven with a focus on achieving measurable outcomes.
  • Collaborative team player with strong interpersonal skills.

  • Projects bonus KPI per month/quarter/yearly
  • Housing allowance up to 800$ per month or Accommodation provided unit full furniture, free electric water and internet bills
