Product Manager

RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Develop deep expertise: Acquire in-depth knowledge of our product, market, and competitive landscape, establishing yourself as a product leader and fostering a culture of continuous improvement
2. Hypothesis and Validation: Validate and test hypotheses to drive product development and decision-making
3. Create product requirement documents: Document comprehensive product requirements aligned with business goals, market trends, and customer needs
4. UI/UX mockups: Collaborate with the in-house designer to create UI/UX mockups for new features
5. Conceptualize product roadmap: Play an active role in the conceptualization of the product roadmap
6. Collaborate with engineering: Work closely with the engineering team to deliver effective solutions
7. Prioritize enhancements and new features: Help drive consensus and prioritize between enhancements to existing functionality and new features
8. Gather and structure customer requirements/feedback: Proactively collect and organize customer requirements and feedback
9. Design and refine product features: Iteratively design new features, mock up concepts, and develop the product roadmap in collaboration with engineering, data science, and business teams
10. Drive ruthless prioritization: Work with the technical team to prioritize product features that deliver value to our users
11. Manage sprint process: Oversee the sprint process, timelines, user stories, roadblocks, and metrics for the engineering team. Support commercialization: Support the marketing and sales team in effectively commercializing the product
12. Utilized various delivery and analytics tools: JIRA, Confluence, Google Analytics.

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s Degree / 4-Year Course Graduate (Preferrably Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business Administration, Marketing)
• At least 3-5+ experience in business requirement analysis, product design, user acceptance testing, user experience research, competitor analysis and the like.
• Demonstrated track record of getting things done in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in both spoken and written English. Able to communicate complex business or technical information effectively.
• Good analytical and logical thinking skills • Good collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams
