Responsibility :

  1. Develop and implement advertising strategies across Google and Facebook with the goal of driving growth and ROI;
  2. Conduct keyword research and create ad copy that speaks to our target audience;
  3. Monitor campaign performance and optimize ads for maximum effectiveness on a daily basis;
  4. Work with our creative team to develop compelling visual content for ads;
  5. Develop A/B testing experiments to improve the performance of our campaigns;
  6. Analyze data and provide recommendations to improve performance;
  7. Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in digital advertising;
  8. Continuously optimize plans and materials and formulate detailed and executable delivery strategies;

Key skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, or a related field;
  • At least 2 years’ experience developing performance marketing campaigns;
  • Proven SEM experience and success managing PPC campaigns across Google;
  • Running performance campaigns on display platforms and social platforms like Facebook, TikTok;
  • Well-versed in performance marketing, conversion, and online customer acquisition;
  • Optimizing campaigns based on performance and customer feedback;
  • Staying abreast of trends, evolutions, and best practices in performance media space;
