RESPONSIBILITIES

  1. Conduct full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and extending offers to candidates.
  2. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and create effective recruitment strategies.
  3. Utilize various sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, networking, and employee referrals, to identify and engage potential candidates.
  4. Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future job openings.
  5. Conduct phone and in-person interviews to assess candidates’ qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.
  6. Coordinate and participate in job fairs, campus recruitment, and other recruitment events as needed.
  7. Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  8. Assist in the development and improvement of HR recruitment processes and procedures.
  9. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment and HR

REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in HR roles, with a focus on recruitment.
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices and applicable employment laws.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in using recruitment software and applicant tracking systems.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple job openings and priorities simultaneously.
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
